Raleigh Wide Open

This weekend Ryal and I enjoyed a day filled with food, music and best of all a one year old. Owen, the proud son of our dear friends Brad and Emily, joined us for his first parade downtown Raleigh for Raleigh Wide Open. The event was to celebrate the opening of Fayetteville Street in Downtown Raleigh. It was a great day with little rain!

West Side Story

Ryal and I, along with our good friends Brad and Emily Walling, went to the NC Theatre production of West Side Story. It was a great show!

NC State Fair

Ryal and I went to the the North Carolina State Fair on Monday. Strictly to eat. It was amazing! Great date night!

My dad's family is having a reunion in two weeks in the outer banks of NC. Check out the photos of the house...I can already tell I am going to love it there.

Relaxing Weekend

Just when Ryal and I thought we would have a relaxing weekend - we discovered our carpet had to be replaced....

With that being said last night we pulled up the carpet in preparation for the new hardwood floors Ryal and our friend Brad will be installing this weekend. It was hard work for sure - I have the blisters to prove it!

Emma and Charlie Pool Side

Ryal and I finally got Emma and Charlie the pool they had been asking for. Emma spends at least an hour a day in the pool chasing her shadow. So much fun!

I heart NYC.....really I do!

Check out photos from the first Bucalo/Tronco/Curtis 'Girls Getaway' to NYC. We had so much fun and are already planning the next trip. By far - it was the best trip ever. I simply adore traveling with my mom and sister. One question though....''how much you like?"
